If you don't have time for a smoothie, I would recommend non-fat/low-fat greek yogurt. It has lots of protein and is low in sugar. You can usually find it in the natural/organic foods sections.

Wow, both of those are really great ideas too. I'm going to go check out that Polanar fruit spread. I also didn't know there was a difference in types of yogurt. Thanks again for the awesome suggestions, everyone!

Eggo makes whole wheat waffles with cinnamon...they are yummy. I eat that along with scrambled Egg Beaters.

I eat Fiber One cereals by General Mills??? They come in honey nut flakes, raisin bran, and caramel squares. They are super-packed with fiber. That is eaten with fat free, lactose free milk.

I usually do oatmeal, with skim milk and strawberry preserves or a bowl of fiber one cereal with skim milk.

I eat HIGH fibre whole wheat cereals with 1% milk where I usually add some cold water too...
OR

I eat scrambled or boiled egg with once slice of whole wheat bread and once slice of low fat cheese.

And I am good for a good couple of hours.

Lately I've been eating Kashi Heart-to-Heart with vanilla flavored soymilk. The flavored soymilk adds a little bit of sweetness to those really bland healthy cereals. I know some people don't like to do soy with pcos, but I figured I could at least give it a shot.

For breakfast this morning, I had a small bowl of POP's cereal and a Crystal Light Raspberry Tea.
