I eat Fiber One cereals by General Mills??? They come in honey nut flakes, raisin bran, and caramel squares. They are super-packed with fiber. That is eaten with fat free, lactose free milk. |

The flavored soymilk adds a little bit of sweetness to those really bland healthy cereals. I know some people don't like to do soy with pcos, but I figured I could at least give it a shot.

For breakfast this morning, I had a small bowl of POP's cereal and a Crystal Light Raspberry Tea.

My Mood: Points: 2,126.68 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 2,126.68 | i too have trouble with breakfast...usually for me heart to heart cereal and 1% milk or toast or english muffin, oatmeal with peanut butter, the weight control oatmeal. i don't usually like eggs for breakfast but was just thinking that breakfast is often too much carbs... i love yogurt but have never seen the lower sugar kind... i like the idea of cottage cheese and fruit or preserves in oatmeal. keep the ideas coming, this is good!

My Mood: Points: 23,023.63 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 23,023.63 | I really like the South Beach Living Strawberry Harvest Crunch. It has protein in it, so I don't get hungry before lunch. I had been eating the Quaker Weight Loss Cinnamon Oatmeal, but my triglycerides have gone up again. I've read that oatmeal can elevate triglycerides, so I'm trying something else. I probably need to do protein with no carbs, but that's really hard to do when you are on the run. When I try protein smoothies, I have nasty digestive issues. |
