Omega 3 fish oil 4000mg per day and 1000mg evening primrose oil. (any more than 1000mg evening primrose would make me mooooodyyyy!)
Vitamin B and C in high dose stress complex
Zinc which was an anti inflamitory and helped immune system
Calcium and magnesium (FANTASTIC for PMS and cramps)
Milk thistle to clense bad hormones
Omega oils contained vitamin E which is very good for back cramping in menstruation
All this + acupuncture took me from a pain scale of 9 to around 1. I got my life back. It was worth it

And in the end I forgot I was having a period because they were absolutely painless.
