Default What do you Take for Pain? Need Answer

I just experienced my wost attack of pain over the last 2 weeks. I think a cyst must have burst or something. My Doc was dismissive of the pain and give me ibuprophen 600, which was a joke. Not even tylenol 3 with codine (that I had from a previous Doc) eased the pain.

So what do you take for those episodes of severe pain?

Sorry I posted this twice, I really need an answer.

Darvocet for me too. Your doc should be listening to you!

Hang in there cyster. Have you had a cyst burst before? At least for me the first day is the worst pain, then it does kind of taper off, and then I'm sore (but much more bearable) for a couple days.

I hope you feel better soon. I'm here for you if you need to talk.

Hugs
Jenny
