I have read some posts, but am still confused. My last cycle was 60 days long. AF was long for me (7 days)heavy,and painful! Would progesterone help this? Does is help with mood? Has anyone seen improvement with sex drive using it?

I've been using the cream for roughly 3 months now. I can't say that I have noticed an improvement in my sex drive... but I have noticed a huge difference in my periods. Ive had 2 periods since I started using it and both have been exactly 7 days and less painful!

This is what I have gathered from previous posts (may not be completely accurate):

If you use the cream for 3 weeks on, 1 week off: used to decrease cysts
If you use the cream for 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off: used to induce AF

Hmm I have used it for 3 months also, the first month I did great, the second month I didn't see AF, and this month well it has taken like 2 weeks for her to arrive and even at that AF is not Flowing. Just spoting so I don't know what to do next!
