Do you guys ever think about the future?? Wel most days when I'm day-dreaming thats what I think about. I think about what I'm going to be doing when I'm older and out of college. Mainly, I want to be a photographer because I'm really into the whole fact that I can take a picture in a moment and capture that moment, and it'll be the only moment like that to happen in history. But what do you want to do when you're older?!? This should be something EVERYONE can answer and everyone should! This is a slow moving board around here!!!

This is a bad question for me...I could be happy doing a lot of things!
I'm planning to major in ceramics and possibly art history when I go back to school, so I think I'm looking at being either a gallery artist, selling work to stores, or working in a museum.
Though I am planning on investing in a new-used SLR kit before school, so I can take photography courses. It's a hobby more than anything but I'd at least like to learn all the technical stuff through classes...but who knows, I do love it so I could end up being a photographer in some capacity.
In other words...I don't know what I want to be when I grow up.  And that's fine by me!

I honestly really don't know. As of right now, the only desire I have is to have children! I don't want to just become a housewife though. I really want to have a job too, I'm just not sure what.
I sometimes worry that I'll never be able to stick with my job. Some people tell me I should be a writer, but that job isn't really secure. I would probably also like something in preschool education. Then there's also the dream of being a Disney Imagineer, but I haven't even gotten far enough in school to know if I'm even INTERESTED in Engineering.

A and E nurse , originally for years i wanted to be a pediatric nurse but when i was in hospital last month i saw some horrible things a lil boy with lukemia a little girls organs failing and her dying erm..my godson seeing him when he was in hospital. Being a A.n,e nurse u do see grim things but so u dont have long enough to get attached to a patient i may be wrong but thats my opinion Jess x

I'm majoring in radio broadcasting right now. But going to check it out for a few years and if it doens't work out I'm going to go into vet tech or something.

I'm double-majoring in women's studies (GIRL POWER) and biology (GO CELLS). I have interests all over the map: immunology (because of my autoimmune disease), endocrinology (because of PCOS), cancer research (because of my grandfather, my classmate, and my best friend), sex education (because it's awesome), education (because it's necessary), and sexual violence prevention (because sexual violence is terrible).
Recently, I've been reconsidering medical school because I think being a gynecologist would be great. I'm very interested in a positive discourse on sexuality, especially female sexuality.
So yeah. I applied to colleges "knowing" that I wanted to be a veterinarian. I entered college "knowing" that I was going to do cancer research. And now, I have SO many different paths to choose from!

i wish i knew!
i'm currently majoring in psychology and sociology.
i might apply to do a joint honors or maybe just an honors in psych if i want to go to grad school in psych to be clinical psychologist.
i could take lots of sciency courses and apply to med school.
or take the LSATs and apply to law school.
oh god, so many options, i think i'm going to faint.

i was going to major in psychology but now i am thinking more along the lines of pre-med and then move on to med school.
if all else fails, i'll probably major in computer forensics =]

My plan is to major in psychology. I eventually want to get into criminal psychology. I'm starting classes at a local community college next month and then I'll be transferring to a psychology college in Chicago.
