I was on 2000mg a day and was so sick that I am on 1000 for a week and then go up to 1500 and see how i do. I was just wondering what dose you were on when you got your BFP, so I dont force myself to be on a high dose if a lower dose can do the trick too. thanks

AnotherDreamer~so much hope with what u said!! I was on clomid yrs ago and didnt ov. Ive been on met 1500mg since june 2008 but not if i ov or not. But within a few months i will be on the combo! I can hardley wait

2000mg, I believe Metformin is what made my fertility treatments work. I had tried them before without Met and on the first try with Met I got preg (carried to full term, took Met through pregnancy and Breast Feeding-10 mos now. I believe it helps with milk supply too!). I had been on Met 6 weeks when I got my BFP.

I too am on met, but today will be my first day upping to 1000mg, I am seeing a doc about clomid the end of the month.
