Question What else helps

I was on all the prescription drugs and then I went through I.V.F. to get pregnant and after my baby girl and loosing 10 pounds with the birth I am no longer taking the medication, because of my continued weight loss and exercise my periods are normal, and when I was on the meds they made me feel "off" kind of out of it, it has been 3 years my cycle has been normal but man do I get in these moods not that the other medication helped with that but I want to feel normal i am always tired and feel defeated, depressed frustrated. I just joined this site after being diagnosed oh I don't know 10 years ago, and I see all of the users lists of medication what are they for though and excuse my ignorance but what does bfd stand for? Thanks for the help.

Of course, run this by your doctor, but consider looking into either fish oil, or perhaps something to lower your testosterone (if it's high)...Low fat diets can also contribute to depression...
