Default What else should I be taking?

I'm currently on

800mg of Vitex
1000mg of Cinnamon
A multivitamin

I've been on this for a little over a week and am just curious what else I should or could be taking. I've been trying for what feels like forever to get pregnant and I just want to speed up the process

I have one daughter that I conceived without even knowing I had any issues so I know I can get pregnant!

Any help would be appreciated.

Another couple things I would recommend - baby aspirin and red raspberry leaf. I took both when I got my BFP with my DD. RRL - 960 mg daily. When you get your BFP, cut back to 1 pill a day for the first trimester, 2 for the 2nd and 3 for the 3rd. Baby aspirin, take up until your BFP.

Thanks so much for the info! Just one more question, where can I find the Red raspberry leaf? I go to vitamin world for my multi and the vitex should they have that there as well?

Baby aspirin can thin the blood which both reduces the chance for clotting and can also help implantation. I took 1 baby aspirin (81 mg) a day until I got my BFP.

I've always gotten my supplements from vitacost.com, but if you're able to gind Vitex in the store, you should be able to find RRL, too.
