I was on Met for like 2 or 3 years when in January my bily ruben was high so they took my off of it. I would like to be on something for my IR. What else is there? I've not been to this part of the board in awhile so I don't know what else there is.

Have you ever taken Braggs Organic Vinegar? Take a tablespoon or two before a meal. You can check out there site go to: www.bragg.com You can also do a search here on SC and there are alot of threads and articles on Vinegar.
