One tattered Angel

Today has been a extremely long day for me so it has to be even worse for my family. I woke up this morning feeling pretty good and then I got mad. Nothing really sat me off it just happened. Ive about bit of my DH head and things are getting to me like crazy. If Im not mad I get weepy. I finally had a cycle this month and it ended yesturday so could that be the deal? First in a few months.Should I go see the Dr about upping my deppression meds? I dont feel depressed. I only feel mad. Im counting the minutes until I can go to bed for the night and this is NOT me. I just want to scream about nothing. errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Mother Goose

Don't feel too bad, I honestly think we all have days like that. I'm especially bad about that right around AF, and even worse if AF is more than a couple of weeks late. One tiny little thing can strike me wrong and I'll be totally irritable for the rest of the day. Hope tomorrow's better for you!

I've been like that for a couple of days, however I have done it before, but this time seemed really bad. My two theories are
1: I just started the low carb diet so I'm going through withdrawl or
2: My period should be starting in a day or so

But I do feel sorry for my DD because she takes the brunt of it, especially when she starts screaming when I brush her hair in the mornings, or just starts whining in general.
