NO.3-...Should I do the bee pollen and soy thing w/ the vitex and dong Quai and if so how do i take them ?.Sorry for all the questions but i really want a baby bad and i want this to work. Ive tried clomid 6 times never once Oed at all ,Ive also tried met.which was good for dropping the weight but Ive never really been over weight.Im 5'5 and weigh 132lbs ,anyway,I just really want this to work. i need help and all you guys have helped so many women out i just know you can help me....... |

No. 1 - Your sore BB could be from the herbs or if you are close to Oing it could be from that.
No. 2 - Bleeding after BDing is not good. I think you should see your dr about that to rule out any problems.
No. 3 - Bee pollen and Soy Isoflavones may be a good choice for you. Just give anything you try time to work (or not work).
132lb!! (sigh!)
Good luck!

I suggest you take the recommended dosage on the package. Try that for a month, if your body tells you to take more or less, adjust your dosage slowly.
Good luck!
