Well, there is actually lots you can take, best thing is to find yourself a decent naturopath and take their advice. Make sure you get one who is fully qualified, although they probably wont be cheap. (Im training to be a naturopath myself and nearly fell over when I saw how much they charge - from about $40 to $140 a visit which is more than a GP here in NZ.. soooo looking forward to graduating..lol)
I personally was taking Vitex (otherwise known as Chasteberry) tincture untill i beacame pregnant but there is also chromium (encourages glucose tolerance factor which helps to reduce insulin resistance), fish oils, saw palmetto and of course natural progesterone cream.
