I was recently diagnosed with PCOS. I have spent the last year or more studing it because I felt like I knew I had it and cometo find out yep that is what it was. So now i am trying to treat myself naturally. I tried Met for a while but it made me so sick and because I spent so much time in the bathroom due to met i stayed hungry and gained weight. Recently i decided to quit medication and start dieting. I had one period on my own and then no AF. I have recently went on a vitiamn call glucabetic which is a natural way to lower your bloodsugar which will treat the insulin rest. part. I am also low carbing all meals and have droped 5 lbs in the last couple of weeks. Last thurs I started natural progesterone. I have read several articles discussing this which stated that the progesterone was the final key. I am hoping this will work for me. I've been on Metformin for a little over a year. I'm fixin to try the natural route myself.

Nice to meet you all. Well i have been on the cream since thurs of last week. Just keeping my fingers crossed! Any one having luck on natural cures or has anyone else used the cream??
