Looks like there's several out there. Just curious which ones you all use? Are they cookbooks with recipes, or just teaches how to eat for insulin resistance? Thanks.

The one I just bought yesterday has a good amount of recipes, that helps with getting the right ideah. So far I am pretty happy with it, its called THE INSULIN-RESISTANCE DIET by Cheryle R. Hart,M.D. and Mary Kay Grossman,R.D.
Good Luck

I must have bought them all - I have several low GI diet books, Swarzbein Principle, Syndrome X and lastly - the Insulin Resistance Diet. I just love the Insulin Resistance Diet - I can't praise it enough. The "diet" is so liveable - I can totally see myself following it for life. The best thing about it is that even though I'm a carb addict, ever since I've been following this way of eating, the cravings have just gone. I can't believe how energized I feel and my moods have improved dramatically.
