what insurance company covers wls and about how much is it if anyone can help i will appreciate it thanks

It's not a matter of a specific insurance carrier covering it (I don't think). I am pretty sure it depends on your policy. Your best bet is to call your carrier and ask them. They can tell you if they cover it or not, and what you need to do.

Yep...all depends on your policy. Call your insurance carrier, see what procedures they cover and what you need to do for approval. You also need to ask them how much they cover. Some companies like mine cover all with the exception of my standard in patient hospital copay and others will pay 80% so give them a call. Good luck!
