Hi Michelle-Met is short for Metformin. It is to help lower and maintain sugar levels. There are some women that are able to use Met to regulate their periods, others still need assistance. I hope that helps.

Thanks Michelle. I had the graphic done by one of the cysters on the board, but unfortunately she isnt doing them anymore. There was a link on how to do them...I will have to see if I can find it.
