24 doesn't sound like a valid value for blood glucose levels. I think you would be in a coma if it dropped much below 60. Are you sure that's a glucose measurement? Normal for fasting glucose is 70 - 100 if you are not diabetic.

the numbers i gave are for diabetics......my target numbers. I think a fasting over 120 dcitates prediabetes or diabetes. Anyway, my fasting is usually around 157

I read a book by Dr. Gerald Reaven, who first "discovered" insulin resistance. He says people who are IR sometimes have hypoglycemic responses as if their blood glucose has dropped too low, but when it is measured, it doesn't show as low. 85 is normal number for fasting blood glucose.

That would explain alot. Today i was feeling a little yucky and took my sugar and it was 95. Its a good reading but it has been awhile since i have had it that low and i think thats what made me feel a little off.
My mom who is insulin dependant said if her sugar gets to close to normal she dont feel well. Like if she gets to close to 100 she feels off.
