I got my bloodwork back and my free testosterone level was 7.3 and my total was 48. Are these numbers real high? Could this be the reason for my hairloss? Is 25mg of spiro enough? Thank you.

A lot of times, what's "normal" is deemed by the particular lab's range...so yours may be different from mine.

But my lab's ranges were:

Free Testosterone 0.0 - 2.2 pg/mL
Testosterone (total) 14 - 76 ng/dL

So according to my lab's ranges, your Free Testosterone level of 7.3 is awfully high, but again I'm not sure if all labs use the same standards/measurement levels.
