Hi All

I am from Lloydminster, AB.

For those who have been preg what do you suggest for meds. I have tried Chlomid for two rounds and no success.

I am seeing an OBGYN here, but maybe there might be a better doctor in Edmonton or Saskatoon?

Your question may get lost here so you may want to try reposting it else where or check out the recommended physician post.
Calgary has an infertility clinic with excellent statistics. I personally dislike the clinic but I know many women that have had positive experiences there.

Wow - this is one LONG thread!! I am also from Calgary - born and bred!! Not many of us left in Alberta!! Everyone at my work is from somewhere else - you don't hear of many native Calgarians anymore. LOL

Welcome Stephi! I live just North of London (grew up in London though). I'm seeing Dr Martin at the SOFT clinic. Just recently switched from the University Hospital. Are you ttc? Are you going to either one of these clinics? It's nice to see a Londoner!!

Hello,

Thank you for the welcome. the Dr i c is Dr Howllet-Caines, she is at University Hospital. She was very helpful, telling me what was going on and why my body was doing certain things. I don't know what ttc means, but if anyone knows, i would sure like to know.

Stephi~ 'ttc' means trying to conceive. I've not met that Dr. I was with Dr Feyles at UH from Sept'05 to Feb'07. He did VERY little for me! Was very frustrated with him!! Pushing IVF etc. I find Dr Martin much more aggressive in his way of doing things and he's does full monitoring on medicated cycles. Where are you with your treatment so far?? Are you taking Metformin? Have you done any clomid cycles?

Nope, far from that still.

For me I have only gone to my doctor once in September 2006, but i go back in June for a check up. The doctor justr told me i had it, and that was it. but the pill i'm seems to work well. and no i'm not on Met.
