As i have only just been diagnosed with pcos after having my c-section. The doc didnt want to start me on the pill till 6 wks after. So my appt is tomorrow and i dont know what pill will be best with my symptoms of PCOS. I get facial hair and acne. i know that the doc should know which is best but im just asking weather anyone has had something thats any good any actually works.

My doc and pharmacist both recomend Yasmin. I just started taking it and so far so good. The progesterone is not derived from testosterone but from spirnolactone which is a diuretic also.
It is supposed to be very effective against the symptoms of PCOS.
