rep points are given out by you to others. you click on the scale on the bottom left hand side of the person you wish to give them to. if you want them to see who it came from you have to type your name next to your comment. the more rep points you have the more green boxes you have and your saying changes. to see if you have any rep points click on user cp and you should see them there!
Points in the bank you get by starting threads and replying to threads. people can give you gifts and you can also buy people gifts. you have to buy your own ribbons. if you put money in the bank you gain 10% interest a day, but in order to buy something you must withdrawl your money to buy stuff.

To donate points to another cyster... Click Ribbons & Gifts to display the drop-down menu. There select Actions.
In this screen you can not only see the cost of items (gifts, ribbons, name change), but you can also choose the DONATE link in the "Most Sold" box.
Clicking DONATE will take you to a page where you may enter in the cyster's name you wish to donate and the amount you wish to donate.
Then click Continue and it will take you to a confirmation page, so you can review the information to ensure its correct, then you click Confirm and you have donated!

You can also just click on the person's name in a post and click on View Profile. There is a link at the bottom to the left that says Donate. Lots of short cuts.
