Just curious which prenatals everyone takes and why. Ive had a few different kinds of prenatals, some were comically too large and some made me take them up to 3 times a day.
Right now Im taking Target generic prenatals because I only have to take them once a day and they arent too big.

Me too. They are pink and once a day. I chose them due to the vitamin content.

I'm actually on a prescription prenatal called Vitafol. It is full of many essential minerals, amino acids, and vitamins. And it's never made me sick to my stomach, but then again, I've never been pregnant.

I take Nature Made prenatal + DHA from Costco. The pills aren't too large and relatively easy to swallow. I also take fish oil capsules and disgestive enzymes. I have to ask the RE about the enzymes if I were to get pregnant.

I'm taking One A Day prenatal, it actually has two different ones. . . the multi and an omega/dha cap. I also take 3 extra mg of folic acid, potassium (I get leg cramps), equate brand zyrtex and zoloft. my handful is nice and colorful! lol.

think it's spring valley vitamins....and hopefully it's one a day! I didn't know they had 3 a day! I have a hard enough time remembering to take it once a day.
I hate taking prenatal vitamins. I wish I could find one that was easier to swallow.
Right now I am taking Nature Made. They are big, bulky, and nasty tasting, but I don't have a problem swallowing pills. I did take the OneSource Prenatal for a while, but couldn't find them anymore! They are small, pink, and easy to take. I would recommend those to everyone. I am thinking about asking for a prenatal vitamin prescription though. I think they would be cheaper since insurance will cover them!

I used to take the OneSource Prenatal from Walmart, but my Walmart stopped carrying them To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 10 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.
I bought the Women's Once-a-day Prenatal instead. It's okay. Bigger than my OneSource used to be, but I only take one of these a day. No weird after taste of anything.
