I get it from my local pharmacy (prescribed by my pcp) and it's pricey but it lasts longer than a month if you're just using it on your facial hair. I live in the boonies so prescripts are always more expensive here -- it's almost $60.00 each time I buy it. When you first start it you will go through a lot more of it than you will after a couple of months. For the first month or so, I found I used about the size of generous sized pea to cover my upper lip, cheeks, chin and all the way down my neck then I swipe what's left onto my the area I pluck under and between my brows for good measure :-) The first time you get it, you may use up the container in a month or 6 weeks. After the first 2 months or so I find the container begins to last longer...about 8-10weeks because you don't need so much of it after a while. I still smear it all over the same area, but I use about the size of a small pea.
When you consider the price of high end moisturizers and skincare items, the Vaniqa is worth the expense -- other women go get facials and such, we use Vaniqa. In the end, you will feel more confident as the facial hair starts to dwindle. But when you go off it, the facial hair comes back and you start back at square one. Hope that helps.
