What is the difference between Vitex, Dong Quai and False Unicorn Root? I have been doing a lot of research and they all seem to say the same thing....Please help, I am SO CONFUSED!!!!!!!!!!!!

Vitex is from the berries is the chaste tree. (Angus castus). Dong Quai is a chinese root that has estrogen like quailities. False Unicorn I don't know much about.

Vitex balances out your hormones. I think it's the best thing to take, though there is no doubt that the others are good too. Make sure that you know the side effects and drug interactions of all the herbs. Just because they're natural doesn't mean they're safe.

(Though since I want to take Vitex, I've done a bit of research and have come to the conclusion that it is safe.)
