Okay ladies, here's September's thread. I hope we can all think of some tasty dinners as we move into fall (thank goodness). We're probably just going to have something small tonight because we're waking up early to fly to NC.
Tonight was smoked sausage in spaghetti sauce over whole wheat pasta. I didn't really like it so I had a big salad with feta cheese and homegrown tomatoes instead DH liked the pasta tho!

Tonight was a burger on wheat with ketchup, chili, onions, mustand and tomato. With it I had sweet potato french fires.
Last night was really a lunch/supper mix and not exactly the healthiest meal in the world, lol. I had 2 hamburger patties and 2 pieces of leftover porkchop followed by the toppings from pizza DH brought home and some popcorn.
I bought some ground beef and porkchops, so this weekend will be burgers and bbq porkchops. I have no idea what veggies I will fix to go with them.
I've become a BLT addict made with whole wheat bread and turkey bacon. Only 3 WW points!!

I made a creation tonight. Nothing fancy by any means, but better than the usuals. I cooked Campanelle pasta al dente & browned some ground turkey. Then I took the pasta, ground turkey, organic pasta sauce & Monterey jack cheese & layered it in a Pyrex dish. Baked at 400 for 15 minutes & voilą! It was tasty & better than if I'd done just the pasta alone. It only took about 30 minutes total & DH acted as if I'd made a feast.
