I noticed that my hair is falling a lot lately ... way more than usual and that it never looked this thin however, I noticed TONS of new hairs... tons... I am not kidding... the patches I have on the top of my head are getting filled with tons of new hair... and the new hairs are so tick and it has been a hell to style my hair because of all the new hair. Should I have hope? I tried tons of treatments ... all of them worked a little but never like this. So I am on metformin, a hair lotion, iron and folic acid supplements and BCP(Diane-35).
My hair is VERY thin right now, I have to use it up all the time but there are very small new ones so... I don't know if I should be happy because of the new hair or sad because my hair is really thin...
Sometimes your hair changes texture after it falls out. There are people who have lost hair due to chemotherapy treatments who will grow it back in a different color or texture. If it really bothers you I would talk to someone about it, but probably your new hair is going to be the new texture. It happens to little kids to...their hair will fall out and grow back different. I would just get excited for your new thick hair good luck!
