I just got my test results for my testosterone level. I knew it would be elevated due to pcos, but they told me it was 60. Does anyone know how much elevated this is? They didn't tell me what the normal range was, just said it was elevated. They want me to go in for a consult about it, but I wish they could have been a little more specific.
I don't know but 4 months ago mine was 83. Which is pretty high. I hope the Met has knocked it down. It doesn't sound awful to me but I am not sure. Hopefully someone can help you more than I did.

Testosterone levels above 50 are considered elevated. When mine are above 22, my symptoms become much worse. I am very sensitive to it. I can tell when it is going up. Please always keep a close eye on your lab results. I learned the hard way. It's great that you are trying to learn about it. I hope that you are able to lower it. That link that was given to your, in an earlier post, has great info. Good luck.

Funny, I had the same question when I got my results back. The doctor said my testosterone was high at 61 (?). That's what I thought I heard. Of course, I had no idea what it meant. I should've asked then. Ah, afterthought!

My testosterone was 67 and my endo put me on 200 mg daily of Spironolactone. I guess I am sensitive to testosterone since my face and scalp are extremely oily, hair is falling out, and I am experiencing acne along my hairline.
