Lightbulb What's your take on Herbal methods?

Hi,
I have recently been told I have an Endometrioma.
The doc says I have to get a surgery to diagnose and take it out.
I prefer to give Herbal remedies a try before I listen to the Medics if you know what I mean.

Anyway I came across this product called ENDOVAN.
please google them and they will come up on the first page.

Has anyone heard of these guys, would you try this product?
Do you think it might work?
I have a meeting with the Surgeon at the end of this month, and well....
I want to start taking this and maybe with an ultrasound show them that it could work. But some people say I am too optomistic.

I remember before my lap surgery they told me to stop taking any herbal treatments and vitamins.

It takes herbal treatments sometimes weeks to work, so you may want to try later (so it is not interrputed w/ surgery).

Also, Endometriosis can ONLY be diagnosed via surgery. You cannot see it in an ultrasound, so to prove your theory you would need mulitple lap surgeries.

On the other side:

The idea is that you do the lap surgery, cut out or laser the endometriosis, then start depo or BCP to keep it from re-growing. Endometriosis doesn't grow on BCP or depo. (To explain this you have to get into what hormones do to the body...)

I am different, I will not waste my time on herbal treatments. I want to use what works, but I was in so much pain I could not walk and could not wait for the herbal treatments to start working.

Good luck on deciding.

If you have any questions, let me know!
