 What is a septated ovarian lesion?
I was looking over my ultrasound results from July and the report mentioned a septated lesion on the right ovary, measuring 1.8 x 1.8 x 1.8 cm.
It's much smaller than a couple of the cysts found on my u/s.
Does anyone know what it is? I tried googling it and the only things that come up are things related to ovarian cancer, so I'm really, really freaked out now...

DX: Officially by a Reproductive Endocrinologist in March 2008.Still trying to rule out Late-Onset Adrenal Hyperplasia.
RX: Refusing hormonal treatments as they only worsen my condition, even natural remedies.
