I have been having massive hair fall out lately and at first I thought it might have had to do with AF, but I'm thinking now it may be my shampoo. (Maybe I should stop thinking) I switch around alot, and recently am using V05 for split ends.
What do you guys use/recommend?
Hugs
Julie
PS
My hubby got me a Lady Remmington for Christmas. Anybody use one?

I use Nizoral about every 3 shampoos and it helps. Also, maybe once or twice a week I rinse my hair in either vinegar or Listerine - and I DO notice a difference. I don't know if it's thicker because I'm getting rid of the residue, or if it's gradually improving (I think it's gradually improving) but it definitely helps. Other than that, I'm using Herbal Essences because I like the way it smells.

Wow! I have never heard of using Listerine on your hair! But, hey, if it works, it works. I may have to try that!
V05 is good shampoo. I've used it for years. I also started using Clairol's Renewal 5X. It supposedly helps to strengthen hair. I don't know if it will help yet, but I'm giving it a shot. Also, do you use conditioner and blow dry your hair? I find that if I wash my hair and use conditioner and then blow dry my hair it feels thicker and healthier, and it looks better.

I have heard of using dish soap to get residue out of your hair, but not listerine! Sounds like fun! Esp. now that they have that citrus flavor!
I do use conditioner, but I don't blowdry because my hair frizzies if I do. I have found that if I use Infusium23 leave in treatment on it, it makes it look 100% better than if I don't.
Thank you all for the advice!
Hugs
