what should I do next?

I started taking vitex 1000mcg a day aug 1. I added NPC in sept. I had 2 cycles the 1st was 26 days long and the second was 22 days. Well, I never had had cycles that short so I cut back on the vitex. I started taking 500mcg a day. I have had no cycle since. On the 1st of Jan, I started back on 1000mcg a day along with the NPC on cd 14-28. Still no AF!! FF give me an ovulation line. However, I just don't think I o'd b/c my temps are not doing what they should. I don't believe that I'm preg either. Here is a link to my chart. Tell me what you think. Do you think the vitex is affecting my LH? Thanks ahead of time.

Hi Ava2002!

Holy cow, woman! Your story sounds just like mine!!! I did the exact same thing with the same results. LOL Your chart looks like mine did last month, too. FF said I "O'd" but then my temps kept dipping and it took away the coverline. I'm not sure if it was the Vitex or not. I had read somewhere that progesterone makes your temps rise even without an "O" so I stopped taking it and upped the Vitex to my original dose and about a week or 2 later AF finally showed her head on day 44. Wish I had a definite answer for you. I just wanted you to know you're not alone.
