Do you have any specific concerns about symptoms or anything? That would probably be the best place to start, questions about how to treat specific problems you might be experiencing.
Otherwise they'll probably go over your medical records, your history as it relates to PCOS, and depending on how recent or thorough your records are, they might want to do some testing to come to their own conclusions. They won't necessarily do a pap on the spot unless you're due for one, but they might examine you really quickly.
