I am assuming you are meaning a gluc test? Where you have to drink the glucose drink and or fast.. fasting should be under 90 and your standard reading after the drink should be under 140

Your fasting insulin number should be in the single digits. Between 10-13 is borderline IR and >13 is IR. There's a sticky on this site somewhere about this, but I can't seem to find it right now.

well today i got a call from my dr and he said mine was high... it was 25 he said he wants to see it at least at 17 or below.... so im assuming the 13 range is good...
