Does certain situations make you have anxiety attacks versus another?

In my case, I never really know when to expect them. Something that doesn't bother me today or right now may trigger a major anxiety fit in five minutes or tomorrow. My poor children and husband think I'm crazy sometimes. Thank God for a loving understanding husband, because I don't know how I would survive without him.

Most anxiety especially panic attacks are from unknown causes.


Now something that have happened to you that are tramatic, if you feel any feeling close to that feeling can triggger anxiety ect.


For me it's usually unexplained.

In my case If I have to talk in front of a large group. I go to the ER because ive been really sick. The first week of icy roads for the year until I retrain myself how to drive on the stuff. But other than that I have no clue when they are coming.

When tragedy hits, I have real bad anxiety and panic-attacks. I had several trama and tragedies happen in 2004 so it triggered major anxiety.
Now, when I'm barely stressed, then I get real bad anxiety. Anxiety doesn't just come for me, it is usually triggered by something.
