hey girls, i really dont know what my size means in the american one ( hope someone can help me )
jeans Im 29 or 30 - tshirts rarely S, most of them M
I am 5 4 or 1.63 cm
hmmmm...weigh 63 kilos now.... gained 5 kilos in only 4 months !!! how easy is to gain weight, but to loose it, it takes ages!!!how unfair is that!
what is my american size then??? is my weight good with my height?

11/12 I've been losing and gaining weight. I think the main reason my weight is unsteady is because I moved from Indiana to California to Arkansas in a matter or months so my body was like *WTF* in the climate changed I put it through.

I'm 22, but throughout my teens I fluctuated between sizes 13-17 juniors and 14-16 women's. I have been overweight since I can remember, and I'm still not small, but by eating well and exercising, I'm now in a size 10. Hopefully, someday I'll get into 8's comfortably!

what is my american size then??? is my weight good with my height? | I'm not sure what the exact size would be, and it gets really tricky! In Mexico, I bought my school pants and they are a size 36. The sales lady tried to get me to buy a 34. . .I could button and zip them, but I had a definite "muffin top" going on. 
I'm a 10 in pants in the US, so my guess would be that a 29 or 30 would be about a size 4, or small so long as Mexican and Peruvian sizes are about the same!

I am a 4-6 but in juniors I wear like a 10 or something. Lost 9 lbs in last 6 wks with Met and change in eating habits etc.....

in eighth grade i was a size ten pants.
im a senior in highschool now, am three inches taller and a size 4 or 6 depending on the time of the month.
oh and my doctor told me i would never lose weight too. it is extremely difficult, but i am proving her wrong.

Right now I'm between 14 and 16. I've been this size since puberty hit and the weight piled on. Several years ago at the start of highschool I fit a 10-12 after losing a bit of weight with Atkins. I'm starting Atkins again, and hopefully will be back down soon!

I'm around an 18-20. I've always been pretty big. The smallest size jeans I ever remember buying was a size 14 freshmen year. My school skirts were that size too, and I would LOVE to fit back into those for my senior year. I'm gonna try, but I am quite happy the size I am. I know that I need to lose the weight for my health, though, but I can imagine what the girls at school are going to say... | |
