I am going back to my dr to get my gluc xr refilled and it has been a year since i quit taking it but i want to get back in the swing of things. I am going to have her do the necessary test (bloodwork) for levels just to see where i stand and then see if gluc is helping me. i normally don't have periods on my own so i am going to take provera and induce period and then i would like her to check the luteal phase and stuff.

Any suggestions or sites to check and see what all should be tested?

have the normal stuff done gluc, insulin, hormones, also have your liver enzymes tested so there is something to compare to later when you back on the met.
