My sister just m/c'd. With both of mine I was on this board all the time. Anyway, when my loses were really freash, like my sisters is now, there were two sayings that really helped me. Kwannabe, Kim, I think told me one. I want to share them with my sis, and can't remember how they go. I am hoping one of you remember and can help me.
One was something about a angel, the book of life.
The other was about god and the baby being so perfect that he decided to keep it.
Clarissa, I remember them, but not well enough to tell you! I'm sure somebody's got them printed out within reach. I printed them out, too, but they're somewhere in a pile of crap.
Give your sis an extra hug from me. I'm so sorry for her loss.
Clarissa,
You are so sweet to be a support for your sister and go the extra mile. I'm sure that she will appreciate this a lot.
At Mary Catherine's memorial, my dad said this, and even though I'm not religious, it struck me as deeply lovely.
"Sometimes God creates something so beautiful that he wants to keep it." I cry every time I think these words.
I wish your sister peace,
Sheri

Oh Clarissa i'm so sorry about your sister I'm trying to think of what i used to say (there were many) but definately Sheri's helped me through.
I love the quote from a childrens book that used to be in my siggy...
"I'll love you forever, I'll like you for always...as long as i'm living my baby you'll be"
When my sil's little girl died a few weeks ago i got her a card that said...
"Every life is a miracle that changes the world, and leaves it a better place than it was before..." That little phrase had me in tears in the store...
take care and give your sister many hugs...if i can think specifically what you were thinking of i'll get back to you...
