ok I am on cylce day 15 and metformin day 9 (just upped my dose to 1000mg yesterday). today i have been spotting, but the blood is brown. I know that's gross, but it is what it is. I had not had a period for over 5 months prior to starting 4/22 after 10 days on Prevera. At the start of my cycle I had the same problem but then AF was red in a day or two. Is this normal? and do you think I will start again or am I just shedding layers  hahaha I'm a dunce, I know, but I don't know how else to explain any of it! Only a cyster would understand!

It's normal! I forget how to explain it... I'm a dunce, too. But my RE's nurse said it's normal.

yeah, it is just old blood. since you have not had af in so long, that is all it is.
my last cycle my whole period was light and brownish pink, but I have been ttc and I am on progesterone.
