Default What type of doctor?

Hi! I have been diagnosed with PCOS for about 10 years. I have worked with my ob for all of those years to have children. I was successful and now have 3 children. My question is, now that I am done with the fertility issue of PCOS, what happens? What type of doctor will help me manage symptoms and weight loss long term? Do I still see my ob or should I begin to see an endocrynologist or something? Thanks for you help.
