Default What type of exercise and how much??

I would really be super athletic if it wasn't for crazy long and heavy AF (weeks) but besides that I am determined to be consistant at the exercise piece. what kind and how much is good for us?? Or has anyone really found something they like and works for them?
thanks

Have you seen the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions re: PCOS, DIET & EXERCISE!) under the Diet and Exercise board? There is a link there stating how much exercise to do. Eek! I think sometimes it isn't about the quantity but about the quality (for instance, the intensity). With that in mind, I have been doing Fit in 15 for a little while. It takes 15 minutes in the morning and I usually follow it up with a walk at lunch and later in the evening. The time limit is also nice so you can fit it in every day and still get some good exercise work done. I find that to be especially nice during periods. Good luck finding something you like though!
