Question What is Vitex?

Hello,

I have seen a lot of Cysters mentioning Vitex. What is this and do you get it at a health food store?

Thanks

Vitex (aka chaste tree fruit) is just an herbal supplement that helps many women have more regular cycles and it helps with PMS symptoms too. You can get it at pretty much any health food store or anywhere that sells vitamins. I found mine at GNC. 500mg of Vitex + 2000mg of Met ER per day has made my cycles very regular. HTH :-)
