I'm still in the 2WW, triggered w/Ovidrel on 10/25, I was just wondering what some of the first symptoms you guys had that really made you think/know you were pregnant and when you had them. I know being in the 2WW, we all tend to over analyze every little thing, I was just curious & thought who better to ask then some fellow "cysters". hmmm i must say, this was the first 2ww where i didnt have any symptoms at all. then i tested thinking that it would be neg...and BAM it was a BFP... then at about 8 weeks, the symptoms started to arrive.. but everyone is different

At first I just had a lot of cramping, thought for SURE AF was coming on. And my nipples were really tender. Not so much my whole breasts. This was before BFP.

I had sore nipples and an extremely short temper. I didnt have implantation bleeding until AFTER I got my BFP. Other than that, no real symptoms until I hit 6 weeks!
I had really bad heartburn the night before (7dpo), I never had heartburn before.... the next day I went out and bought FRER because I had a strong feeling that I was PG, went home took the test at 8dpo, Dh said "don't be upset its still really early" but I got a very dark BFP....

Mine was weird.. i had TERRIBLE TERRBILE cramping.. i thought a cyst had ruptured, and it got worse after i urinated so i thought i had a UTI too, i went and got a ton of AZO and it kinda went away. Then i realized (TMI) when me and DH would have sex and i would orgasim it almost sent me into tears it hurt so bad..like real bad period cramps. Also my boobs ALWAYS hurt before AF and this time they hurt just off and on. POAS and BFP at 12 dpo i believe..not sure the exact day i o'd. Then around 8-9 weeks is when i started having m/s. I didn't really think I was pg. My temp had dipped and I thought it was over so I bought tampons. But I was feeling gassy and hot two days later, so I convinced DH to let me buy peesticks, just in case. Well, there was a very faint line.

i was convinced IVF had failed. This was the only cycle that i had no sore BBs or any symptoms. I just actually decided to test at 6dp5dt b/c another cysters who was a few weeks ahead of me in her IVF calendar got her BFP on that day... so i figured "hey lets try it"
and BAM the digi said "pregnant" i took a test every day until the beta lolol
My first pregnancy I was convinced that AF was coming any second. I didn't actually test until I was more than 6 weeks along, because I was that convinced that it was just AF. This second time I didn't really have any symptoms, aside from my temps staying up.

In the last week of my 2ww I consistently has a funny cramping in my belly, it was like I wanted to go to the toilet or was about to get my period. Not really painful but just kind of always there.
Every now and then I had an ache in my boobs but not that often.
2DPO - horrible diarreha
3DPO - exhausted. Took all my strength to wake up at 10AM and I had to nap by 3PM.
4DPO - slept 12+ hours and craved dairy
5DPO - horrible constipation. Indescribable how bad it was
6DPO - even worse heartburn. Felt like there was a knot in my stomach that was just burning through my back. Had to leave work early to go home just to lay down flat
7DPO - 14DPO - nothing. We weren't trying, only had sex 1 time that month when I thought I wasn't ovulating. I was drinking socially (I feel so horrible now, but I just didn't know) and I noticed that 1-2 drinks was making me really tipsy.
14DPO - something in my gut just told me to test. I wasn't even technically late. I just had that feeling. It was really weird, b/c in months past while I was trying I would always feel like - this is the month. And that month I didn't even think about it once except for at 14DPO.
Also, this is far fetched, but I had an extremely vivid baby dream at around CD 7. It was unbeleivable how real it was. I woke up crying b/c in the dream I had dropped the baby on the ground and I was so upset and apologized to it and it said, its ok mommy, you are going to make mistakes but I will always love you. I woke up instantly in a panic crying. I don't know the connection as I had not even conceived then, but how weird?

My symptoms were terrible cramps at about 13dpo, it felt like a painful AF coming up. I also had the constipation coming on and off. I remember going to acupuncture and telling my doctor (she is a doctor that worked with gynecologists), I was sure the clomid didn't work that month. She answered me with "well, almost all patients that think they are not pregnant and feel like having their AF finish by being pregnant. Pregnancy symptoms and AF symptoms are almost alike".

at 7dpo i had sharp pain like feelings in my uterus area, that day my abdomen just felt full and tender
night of 8dpo started feeling dizzy and had waves of nausea in class
tested 9dpo w FMU and got a faint faint VERY VERY faint line that i didnt thik wa sreal, tested around 5pm got a little darker line and a Pregnant on the digital,
im 12dpo today just nausous, dizzy and sleepy, oh i am SOOO thristy and my lips are very chapped (not from the cold its still 85 degrees here) and tons of cramping
