My major is Classics and I go to Ohio Wesleyan University.

I'm a geography/environmental studies double major.
Usually when I say this people look at me with a blank stare and say 'why isn't everything mapped already?' Or 'What is the capital of Oman?', which is just hilarious, because people don't really know much about geographers. We deal with things like cultural geography, historical geography, economic geography, resource management, physical geography (glaciers and sand dunes and stuff).
I'm looking into a mix of cultural geography, resource management and physical geography, and doubling it up with my Environmental Studies Degree.
The ES degree at the University of Victoria is an interdisciplinary approach, allowing holistic learning (in other words, you don't learn with boundaries, such as what you would have with chem and english - in ES they'd overlap) and we do fun things like ethnoecology (such as first nations uses of plants in the area).
Its a four year degree for me (in some places that means 'honours'), and I'm most likely getting a BSc.
Job opportunities vary. I can go into resource management (water, lumber, oil ect.), 'green' community planning/building, governmental positions ect.
Its lots of fun, and I get fieldtrips! |

and I'm a Biological Sciences major with emphasis on Pre-Pharmacy. So like.. my college accepted freshmen and they have pre-pharmacy program because they have a pharmacy school.. so as long as i keep up my GPA, once i graduated in 4 years with my BS in biological sciences, ill be automatically accepted into their pharmacy school. woop

I go to a medical school, in Poland, that is specialized for highschool grads. It's 6years total, instead of the 8 and a lot cheaper. If anyone wants info about studying medicine/dentistry/pharmacy in europe and plans to return to the states, send me a pm!
(oh I'm in my 2nd year )

I'm getting my major in communications, with minors in english and latin. I was working on a minor in psychology too, until I discovered too late that my advisor made a mistake that would take an extra year for me to correct. Since I'm moving back home after I graduate, it isn't worth it to me to stick around my college city for an extra year just to take two more classes... so I'm dropping my psych minor
