Question Whats the best multi vitamin to take???

Hi everyone I was Just wondering if anyone knew of a good multi vitamin which contains the important ones for pcos symptoms.
Also how expensive is it?
I get so fed up of taking handfuls of tablets and the thought of just taking one sounds great as I feel if you shook me at the moment I would rattle lol!!
TIA
Love Claire P xxxx :p

lamberts do some very good multi vitamins. they're used by a lot of nutritionists and are quite reasonably priced :)

Default Multibionta

Hi

I really like Multibionta by Seven Seas (available in supermarkets/chemists) as it has also has Probiotic cultures.

I also take Holland & Barretts Calcium/Magnesium/Zinc combo.

Hope this helps
