Yes, it is safe to take with Met (there are no known herbal or supplemental interactions with Met).

I don't know if you can find it at GNC or Wal-mart or anything, but I wouldn't recommend getting anything at places like that - I always suggest going to an Herb shop or Health Food Store because they know more about the products (I went to GNC and they guy there didn't know anything about anything) and the products have better quality.

I got mine at GNC, it is like 500mg and either 90-100 tablets for like 9.99. I believe that it is slowly starting to work.

I purchased some on Friday (started taking it the same day) from GNC and they have a special on their supplements (in TX anyway) buy one get one half off. It is 500mg and you are supposed to take it once a day.

Thanks girls, I will go get some this week to add to my collection of pills. I can remember a few years ago seeing my grandmas and moms daily medications I was thinking is that what its going to be like when I get old? Well I guess im old now lol my daily list is getting longer!
