im hoping for an lcd for the bedroom but i dont think its very likely, ive been dropping hints about how i will need to relax after all my ivf appointments next year but dh is saying wait to april ish but im hoping hes going to surprise me lol
Ive pointed out a few fancy watches,some earings perfume etc so we will see.
Buying presents is tough this year, no one really needs or wants anything specific and everyones saying ' surprise me ' and ive not really been able to think of anything nice

theres not much out there i really want for xmas, like last year people were going crazy for i pods and there was a few perfumes i desprately wanted but now i seem to have everything and theres no new craze lol. id like new i pod speakers with a radio but ive not seen nice ones so i cant tell anyone what i want lol

Heh! I'm the Scrooge who hates xmas! I have used it to con stuff out of people though - although you have to wait til Dec 25th to get the goods which is a bit annoying. Truth is, I use it to get things I was about to buy anyway. We do yule, not xmas, but the kids get their stuff xmas day so they don't feel freaky.
Husband has bought me two Tolkien books and a pair of £100 hand made shoes. Only problem with shoes is they're for re-enacting - a pretty pair of 17thC heeled shoes which I can never wear in 'real life'. The man who made them makes other period shoes which I would happily wear.

I haven't a clue. We're decorating our living/dining room so that's expensive enough really but we might stretch to some new couches and if we do I'll be lucky to get a mandarin orange and a penny in my christmas stocking!!!
Santa is adopting me a likkle red panda that I fell in love with at the Welsh Mountain Zoo in the summer. There's nothing I really want or need this year, so I might as well ask for something thats gonna help someone else (awww hes the cutes little thing ever! I've got a photo of him on my desktop at the mo :-))

Pollysis i love the shoes. I usually don't want anything at Christmas, although i do like little surprises.
Hubby is really bad at picking up hints and in the past i've had some truly disasterous presents. This year i've taken no chances and left him a pic and web address on his pillow with a note explaining what i wanted

im getting GH3 as a late birthday gift, i didnt have you down as a fan calla! woo! as for xmas, im getting a season pass for hull fc (rugby league) and that takes care of my mums money and my dads money i get at xmas put together, then a few presents of bros/sisters etc. I dont mind though, what i mainly love at xmas is getting to spend time with my family and putting my decs up, which are getting put up on the 1st when i get back from scotland
Oh i absolutely love christmas, wish it could be christmas every day, ive done most of my pressie shopping but i cant wait to put up the decorations and buy the food and wrap the pressies, i made myself a christmas advent calendar, lol, still a little kid in this old body. i would also like santa to bring me a skull necklace, yeeha.
