Mya...it took me about 6 weeks to just come out of my mental emotional fog after i lost my girls...but when that spark took off i was ready to go...though my hubby wasnt...and neither was my body.

Personally, and this is just my opinion, but i would wait. It takes a while for your body to basically, well, detox from all the preg hormones. And i read in a book called The Infertility Cure by Randine Lewis pHd (a must read btw) that it 'takes about a 100 days for the body to grow a good egg"

Also, emotionally speaking, sometimes we are ready physcially alot sooner then we are otherwise...cuz imo if you dont allow yourself the time now to grieve and focus on you alone, it will hit you later when you least expect it...for me it was in the hemmeroid aisle at walmart...total breakdown...

Also, i too need provera to induce af and have never had one unmedicated, except for my first one at 12 yrs old...after i had my girls i started researching into what kind of things to do to get my body ready...first of all i switched from provera to prometrium (was a more natural choice-do some comparisons its very interesting)

also i started taking vit C and E (studies show it helps prevent preterm labor and my highrisk doc wanted to put me on the study but i was already taking it and didnt want to risk being put on placebo),
co enzyme q10, calcium/magnesium w/vitD, omega 3-6-9, prenatals and folic acid. I did this all about 6 or 7 months before my injection cycle and i actually grew follies out the wazoooooo...my puregone dose was a bit higher too but i definately credit the vitimins also. Also, add cinnimon to your diet...it helps control insulin fluctuations...i think its 1/6 of a tsp daily but i just thrrew it on my cereal. And just so you know with all that i didnt lose a pound of weight, but my body chemistry was so much better.

What i'm saying, is there is alot you can do to prepare your body first, and while youre doing that your emotional well being has time to get better too...its hard to wait but i think you'll be doing yourself a big favour if you do, but again thats just my opinion...you have to do whats right for you. Good luck and feel free to pm anytime...

thanks for your opinion.....
although i am ready medically, my doc said ok... as long as my ultra sound comes back ok (i'll know next week).... since no dtc and so early and my hcg was really low to begin with only 21 and then 9 i just did another beta to be sure it's down to 0..... emotionally i am still upset, BUT if i have something to focus on, it is better.... and i am being positive that i will and can get preg again.....

i just wondered if it would hurt anything, the lining or egg... if i took provera a week or so early?

I dont think provera would hurt the eggies, if your levels are pretty stable i'd be more concerned for your moodswings

Good luck!!
