I'm cd17 and dpo3

when do I start the NPC? it's prob. too late for this cycle????

Please advise, thanks!

1500 met
multivitamin with folic acid
flaxseed oil (2 tsp)
will soon be adding primrose oil too. When do I start that in the cycle?

3 dpo is the perfect time to start NPC if you are TTC. Ovulation is confirmed so dive on in. I'm not sure of the dosage, but the package should tell you.

I appreciate your help! I took the dime size bloob and rubbed it into my palms of my hands and feet! then again tonight...then tomorrow I will rub it on my thighs, it says to change location or rub it all over your body, hehe...a dime size will not cover me!
