It's been 1 month and a day since my D&C and I am anxious to get on with my life . . . . still spotting a bit but today I am actually not wearing a pad for the first time in something like 10 weeks, so that's kind of nice. . . . anyway, anyone have an idea when I can assume I am actually in a cycle of some kind? With me, waiting on AF is like waiting on hell to freeze over. I could easily go without having one for 60 days at a time and who knows how long after a D&C. So at what point do I start "counting"? Or do I just wait? And when can I resume vaginal sex - my doc said it's fine now but I have to admit the fact that I have been bleeding has made me rather reluctant to do so (bless my poor DH's heart! he's so good to me) . . . . we will be using condoms when we do start again.

count the day of your d&c as day 1....and so it goes. Af did not return for me, and I had to use provera at 11 weeks post d&c to induce a bleed (hoped I was pregnant, but no such luck). The same thing happened two more times.. That's what led to me getting tested for PCO. Once I got a true cycle and did clomid, I got pregnant again that cycle. As for sex...go for it when you are ready. I started temping about a month after my d&c to see if I would O and go from there....my temps were quite low for weeks, so I knew something was up.
